this changes is because we upgrade our several sizes of the cartons.
Now we use
43*37*3cm "Carton A" suitable for 1Album (Single or Gatefold Sleeve with 1LP only), with customized foam inner, Total weight under 1kg.
43*37*4cm "Carton B" suitable for 1-2 Albums (Single or Gatefold Sleeve, 1 or 2 LPs each album), with customized foam inner, Total weight 1.5~2kg.
43*37*6cm "Carton C" suitable for 3-4 Albums (Single or Gatefold Sleeve, 1 or 2 LPs each album), with customized foam inner, Total weight 2~3kg.
43*37*7cm "Carton D" suitable for 4-6 Albums (Single or Gatefold Sleeve, 1 or 2 LPs each album), with customized foam inner, Total weight 3~4kg.
47*36*13cm "Carton E" suitable up to 12 Albums (Single or Gatefold Sleeve, 1 or 2 LPs each album), with customized carton inner, Total weight 5~8kg.

Now we work with FedEx Only!!! NO P.O.BOX address is allowed!!!
Due to the Pandemic & short of worldwide airlines. the shipping rate is NOT cheap.
Apparent changes to the shipping rate are:
1. to the US/Mexico/Canada is more expensive than the past. but all shipping companies are expensive like so.
2. to Australia the shipping rate is more expensive, but I will not use former shipping companies coz they had too many problems.
3. to European countries, shipping rate has a nice drop after 2kg. For EU & UK countries in most time you don't need to pay any VAT in your country.
4. to Russia FedEx is not good for customs clearance, so China Post EMS is the only choice.
5. to countries like India etc. I can help with paperwork to local customs, but you will have to pay the tax yourself.
6. to Brazil/Korea, personal tax ID is required from FedEx, please provide that code when ordering.

Note:
1. In any circumstance, Reject the delivery is NOT allowed!
if there is a damage of the packet, take a picture/video of the damaged Records and ask FedEx stuff to sign for the damage, I will take responsibility for your loss, but reject the packet will cost me 5 times money to pay for a returning fee.
2. Failure of customs clearance by being uncooperative of FedEx work will result in a returned packet as well.
You will be blocked if a returned packet happened without a proper explanation!
3. to change an address before I shipped your packet is OK, A HK$100 fee will be charged if you asked your local FedEx delivery guy to change the address. FedEx will put that fee on my next payment date and I will have to charge you for that.
4. As always, in most time I will combine orders for you automatically, and extra shipping cost will be refunded.
5. Filling a Paypal dispute before working problems out with us will result in a BLOCK from our site!
